Whether you say it out loud or only to yourself, there’s a fear around what AI will do. Your team is already using it. The work is moving faster, but it’s starting to look and sound the same. And no one has told you what stays human, what goes to your people, and what goes to AI. For leaders, it comes down to one question: how do I lead my people and manage AI at the same time?
Here’s the Lo Down. Leadership is not about having all the answers. It’s about taking the next step when you don’t. The AI Leadership Lab is a two‑part virtual micro‑learning experience that strengthens the human skills you need to lead people and manage AI together. This is not a tools class. This is not a prompts class. This is leadership.
Part One — Take the First Step: Understand the Human Advantage. Find out why so much work now looks and sounds the same, the leadership gap behind it, and how to stop it. You’ll build your own H.I.T.™ (Human Intelligence Tenet), your standard for how you lead, decide, and stay accountable when AI is part of the work. Then you’ll put it to work for three weeks.
Part Two — Take the Next Step: Manage AI with Human Intelligence. Come back with three weeks of real practice. Now we fine‑tune it for real AI adoption. Adoption isn’t just using the tools. It’s deciding what to keep, what to hand to your people, and what to hand to AI. Then you bring your team along as thought partners, so you make better decisions together.

Leaders plan to invest an average of $186 million in AI this year. Only 6% of organizations get at least 5% of their EBIT from AI. The spending is real. The return isn’t keeping up. Organizations that pair AI scale with workforce investment are 4x more likely to see meaningful value.
The gap sits in the change model underneath the technology. Every change framework was built for change that ends. AI doesn’t refreeze. It keeps evolving, and your leaders have to evolve with it.
